Functions

    BTMS: battery thermal management system is a very cricital unit in an electric bus, it's duty to provide a most comfortable temperature climate for grumpy battery unit. 
    Battery units work well at a temperature range of 10-30 degree centigrade, but in cold and hot weather, battery performance declines, and battery cells either become volatile or too dull. CLING BTMS acts like a nanny to babysit thoese sensitive batteries. It works under the command of BMS, battery management system to output capacity to cool or heat the coolant carrier. A bad BTMS has the potential to lose control of battery climate and thus cause a fire, that's too bad.
