Introduction to Cling Integrated Heating and Cooling Control System of Traditional Fuel Vehicle

Cling Integrated Heating and Cooling Automatic Control is a key technology developed to meet the growing market demand for improved in-vehicle air conditioning and thermal comfort. This system aims to create a comfortable temperature, moderate humidity, rapid defrosting and defogging capabilities, zoned temperature control, uniform temperature distribution with minimal fluctuations, and clean, odor-free in-vehicle microclimate for driver and passengers.
1. Multi-Component Collaborative Control
The system breaks through the traditional single-function cooling or heating model, integrating components such as the fuel heater, air conditioning system, and floor radiator. Through intelligent control strategies, they work together to maintain a stable temperature inside the vehicle.
2. Multiple Safety Protections
Detailed start/stop and protection conditions are set for each participating component in the system, achieving more precise, safer, and more refined system management.
3. Multifunctional Integration
In addition to basic cooling, heating, and temperature-controlled shutdown functions, a new temperature range PI control function is added to effectively reduce temperature fluctuations in the front and rear of the vehicle. Combined with automatic humidity control and fresh air control, the comfort of the in-vehicle environment is further enhanced.

System Features
1. One-Button Convenient Setting: After one-button start, the system automatically sets to a comfortable human body temperature of 23℃, requiring no manual intervention.
2. Intelligent Automatic Control: Based on newly control logic, the system automatically makes decisions based on the temperature inside and outside the vehicle, activating corresponding components to achieve automatic fan speed adjustment and automatic temperature deviation compensation, minimizing manual operation.
3. Constant and Uniform Temperature: Through precise control and adjustment, the temperature difference between the front, rear, left, and right areas inside the vehicle is maintained within 1.5℃.
4. Fresh and Clean Air: The fresh air system participates in automatic adjustment, maintaining stable temperature and reducing energy consumption while ensuring continuously fresh, clean, and odor-free air inside the vehicle.
This technology has been installed and tested in buses, high-end tourist vehicles, and other models, and is currently operating well.
