Since its establishment, Cling has built an R&D team of over 100 senior engineers and PhDs, holding more than 340 patents in bus air conditioning.

Cling has five automatic final assembly lines, one dedicated automatic assembly line for high-end commercial vehicle air conditioning, two heat exchanger production lines, and a microchannel heat exchanger production line with a daily output of 800 units, achieving an annual production capacity of 100,000 sets.

Equipped with online helium leak detection systems, rain simulation test lines, automatic refrigerant charging systems, and finished product function testing equipment, we ensure product quality.

For leak detection, advanced helium leak detectors, refrigerant leak detectors, and differential pressure leak detectors are employed. Utilizing a dual “static + operational” leak detection process, leak detection accuracy exceeds industry standards.

For refrigerant charging, vacuum equipment and automatic refrigerant charging machines achieve a system vacuum level of 40Pa through “rough pumping + fine pumping,” with charging accuracy ≤1%.

For entropy value testing, the “Comprehensive Electrical Operation Testing System” and “Entropy Value Testing Operation System” perform six electrical safety checks to ensure insulation integrity and voltage withstanding of products. These systems provide quality assessment under actual air conditioning operating conditions, guaranteeing product reliability. Test data is automatically uploaded to a database for quality traceability.

Rain testing: Utilizes a rain testing line to assess air conditioning sealing integrity, enhancing reliability and reducing after-sale leakage failures.

Air conditioning component testing includes NVH testing, EMC static discharge and transient immunity testing, salt spray testing, high/low temperature humidity testing, high/low temperature shock testing, static torque testing, mechanical property testing, pressure pulse testing, material combustion testing, odor detection, cleanliness testing, hardness testing and direct-reading testing of copper/aluminum materials. All these testing items comprehensively ensure optimal performance of all air conditioning components.

The ISO9001 and TS16949 quality management systems are applied to core processes including R&D, procurement, production, and service, with quality control integrated throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Cling holds TS16949, ISO9001, VCA, and E-mark certifications, and has implemented 6S on-site management to guarantee product quality.
