It is an independently configurable precision thermal management device that ensures the battery pack is always within the optimal operating temperature range under various extreme environmental conditions through two-way regulation of intelligent cooling and heating. It is a key component to improve vehicle range, safety and battery life.

Electronic expansion valves are widely used instead of traditional thermal expansion valves. They have a wider regulation range, higher control accuracy, faster response speed, and can better adapt to complex and changeable operating environments.

Thermal runaway prevention: The efficient cooling capacity can effectively suppress the temperature rise under harsh operating conditions such as battery fast charging and high-speed driving, thus reducing the risk of thermal runaway.

High environmental adaptability

Refrigerants and key components are matched according to the vehicle operation region. Extensive testing is conducted, including performance evaluations under extreme conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, and elevated altitudes. More than 30 system performance tests and hundreds of component performance tests are performed, as well as tests for extreme weather scenarios like intense heat, severe cold, and heavy rain. This thorough testing ensures that the vehicle meets operational needs in a climate range of -40°C to 55°C and under all operating conditions.

High performance and low energy consumption

Use high-precision system and component CFD simulation to ensure optimal system matching; High-efficiency components such as DC frequency conversion scroll compressors, stepless speed regulation brushless electronic fans, and bidirectional high-precision electronic expansion valves are preferred; A PID multi-mode regulation dynamic adaptive control strategy is developed based on full operating condition calibration and battery temperature control target customization to ensure the cooling capacity meets the all-weather temperature control requirements, while the energy consumption is 10% lower than that of competitive products, increase the battery life to more than 8 years, and extend the vehicle's driving range.
