Product Introduction
The integrated electric cooling and heating defroster produced by Zhengzhou Kelin Motor Vehicle Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. has significantly improved the efficiency of new energy buses in defrosting and demisting and the comfort of drivers through efficient integration of cooling and heating functions, intelligent control and multi-mode air supply. It is an excellent upgrade solution for conventional single-heating defrosters.

Intelligent energy saving
The heating power is adjustable in multiple gears to meet the needs of different temperature heating scenarios; the electronic expansion valve intelligently adjusts the refrigerant flow distribution of the system to meet the cooling capacity requirements of different environments.
Safety protection
Integrated overtemperature, overvoltage and overcurrent protection, as well as compressor anti-liquid hammering protection by patented technology It brings you an all-around safety protection experience.
Multi-mode air supply
It has full-function air supply modes such as defrosting, head blowing, foot blowing, defrosting and foot blowing, head blowing and foot blowing, fresh air, etc. PWM regulating fan and PTC heater are selected to realize linear change and self-regulation of temperature in the driver's cab; standard fresh air mechanism ensures fresh air in the driver area and improves air quality; different modes of air outlet meet the needs of temperature regulation in the driver's cab.
Ultra-long service life
Imported brushless fans and imported actuators meet the requirements of full life cycle use, and high-strength aluminum plate design improves anti-corrosion performance. The service life of the brushless fan is more than 20,000 hours; the actuator damper is 20,000 times; the expansion valve is opened and closed more than 100,000 times; the performance attenuation of the PTC heater does not exceed 15% after 4500 hours; the water heating core can withstand 200,000 pressure shock cycles.
