High integration

Lightweight, environmental-friendly and odorless

Cling A/C uses an LFT material housing, full DC variable frequency compressor, all-aluminum profile frame, and other lightweight components; antibacterial sponge and closed-cell sponge insulation boards are used to prevent microbial growth, adsorption, and odor.

DC variable frequency compressor drive technology

The compressor is driven by a DC electric drive, with an operating voltage range of DC280V to DC750V. It supports 20% to 100% power frequency conversion regulation, accurately matches the load demand, and improves energy efficiency.

The full DC variable frequency air conditioning system, combined with PID intelligent control and different configuration strategies for different climate regions around the world, uses an electronic expansion valve to actively regulate the refrigerant flow. The product can work independently for the battery during charging, saving energy and reducing noise

The battery area is intelligently controlled and switched, and the battery area can work independently to meet the cooling and heating demands of the battery. When charging, the passenger area cooling can remain off while the battery area operates independently. Use PWM stepless speed regulation imported brushless condenser fan, combined with intelligent PID control technology, to precisely control the compressor speed and condenser fan speed during system operation, ensuring the fan operates at low speed and low noise, for energy saving and noise reduction.

Safe and reliable

The protection grade of the electric compressor and waterproof connectors reaches IP67, which is waterproof and dustproof; other manufacturers use IP56. EMC performance meets national standards for Class II and III: EMC performance meets international standards and has passed E-mark certification. Various protection functions are complete: overvoltage alarm and cut-off function, undervoltage alarm and cut-off function, overcurrent protection function, compressor exhaust overheating protection, air conditioning system high-pressure protection, air conditioning system low-pressure protection, air conditioning system temperature control, etc.

Comfort

Cling A/C realizes energy saving and noise reduction in system operation through compressor DC frequency conversion, brushless fan PWM regulation, and precise temperature control by electronic expansion valve, combined with PID intelligent logic control; Cling A/C achieves noise reduction by adding mufflers and other measures based on structural design advantages.

Working principle of cooling mode with integrated battery thermal management

The electric compressor starts and compresses the refrigerant into high-temperature, high-pressure gas. The refrigerant enters the condenser, exchanges heat with the outside air, and condenses into a high-temperature, high-pressure liquid. The liquid refrigerant then flows through the chiller (water-cooled condenser). Here, the refrigerant exchanges heat with the coolant in the battery cooling circuit, transferring cooling energy to the coolant. The coolant is pumped into the battery cooling plate to absorb the heat generated by the battery and cool down the battery. At the same time, after passing through the expansion valve, another stream of refrigerant evaporates and absorbs heat in the evaporator, blowing out cold air to cool the passenger compartment.

Working principle of heating mode with integrated battery thermal management

1.Preferential use of heat pump: The system switches the four-way reversing valve to make the air conditioning system operate in "reverse circulation" (i.e., heat pump mode). It absorbs heat from the outside air and blows warm air to the passenger compartment through the condenser in the vehicle. This mode has a much higher coefficient of performance (COP) than conventional PTC heating.

2.Auxiliary PTC heating: In an extremely low temperature environment, the efficiency of the heat pump decreases. The system will automatically activate the high-voltage PTC heater (usually integrated in the coolant circuit) as an auxiliary heat source to quickly heat the coolant, and then distribute the heat to the battery and passenger compartment through the water pump (through the heating core).
