Working Principle Cooling:: PTC radiator is a self-regulating electric heating device based on PTC thermistors. Its core principle involves achieving constant temperature heating and overheat protection through the characteristic of material resistance changing with temperature. Internally, upon receiving a command from the ECU, it drives the IGBT to control the power supply and heating of the PTC. Moreover, the configuration of multiple PTC resistors enables the heater to achieve multi-level control, while temperature and current detection ensures safe and efficient heating.
