BFFD series air conditioners are top-mounted split air conditioning products for buses, suitable for buses ranging from 6 to 14 meters in length. As a mature product that has been promoted for over 15 years, it is known for its stable and reliable quality, high cooling capacity, and rich product features. For example, it can be integrated with heating and defrosting units, wall-mounted radiators, single cooling units for the driver's area, and has an integrated heating and cooling temperature control function. It uses copper tube and aluminum fin heat exchangers, is adaptable to a variety of climatic conditions worldwide, and widely sold in Asia, the Middle East, and South America.

Product Introduction

The BFFD series A/C is Cling's first-generation conventional air conditioning product. This series is currently the most widely owned conventional air conditioning product of Cling in the market. It serves global mobility with world-leading vehicle manufacturers such as Egypt's MCV, Thailand's TOPBEST, Ecuador's Busscar, and Yutong.

Features

New housing

LFT-D composite molded housing with good heat insulation, aging resistance and high product consistency.

Brand-new structure

The split full-suspension structure design offers strong adaptability to road conditions and is suitable for coaches with front/rear-mounted engines.

Lightweight

High-strength aluminum alloy condenser, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and of high precision.

Customization

A variety of configuration options to meet different demands, such as: high-temperature operating conditions, corrosion resistance, heating and cooling air conditioning, and integrated control of defroster and radiator.

Working principle: At cooling mode, the liquid refrigerant absorbs heat and vaporizes, becoming LP, LT steam, and goes into compressor, and gets compressed into HT, HP gas, then moves through 4 way valve, then into condenser to lose heat, it becomes mid pressure, LT liquid, then throttled by expansion valve, loses pressure, then goes into evaporator to vaporize. Such a loop goes on and on.
