Lightweight

The air conditioner casing is an LFT-D composite molded casing, which has good heat insulation and aging resistance, is recyclable, compact in structure and extremely lightweight.

High-efficiency heat exchanger

The evaporation core adopts a 7mm internal thread tube, which has higher heat exchange efficiency. At the same time, the large-span tube process is adopted to optimize the refrigerant process. Under the same heat exchange capacity, the number of heat exchange tubes is less and the weight is lighter.

Ease of installation

The air conditioner hoisting process is completed in one go, and there is no need to reinstall the evaporator and condenser docking pipes and harnesses, shortening the installation time and improving efficiency.

Rapid cooling technology

The high-efficiency air conditioner with large cooling capacity distributes a three-dimensional airflow throughout the passenger compartment, enabling rapid cooling and consistent temperature across the vehicle.

Air purification technology

It can detect PM2.5, formaldehyde, CO₂, and TVOC (safety monitoring of volatile gases). It also issues an alarm when VOC levels exceed safe standards, serving as a safety warning.

Working principle

At cooling mode, the liquid refrigerant absorbs heat and vaporizes, becoming LP, LT steam, and goes into compressor, and gets compressed into HT, HP gas, then moves through 4 way valve, then into condenser to lose heat, it becomes mid pressure, LT liquid, then throttled by expansion valve, loses pressure, then goes into evaporator to vaporize. Such loop goes on and on.
