Product Introduction

The CM350 series air conditioner is a new generation of narrow-body air conditioner products customized by Cling A/C for overseas customers. This series is currently Cling A/C's latest minibus A/C product series. With dimensions of only 3360 mm * 1720 mm * 220 mm, the CM350 meets the needs of 11-13 meter narrow-body vehicles.

Outstanding performance

Featuring a scientifically engineered CFD design and comprehensive fluid simulation optimization, fan efficiency is improved by 25%, return air velocity is reduced by 32%, and return air outlet noise is lowered by 3dB. The cooling capacity reaches 32 kW under standard conditions, far surpassing current products on the same platform. The use of low-noise fans enables ultra-quiet operation at 63 dB, providing an optimal customer experience.

Brand new look

Line design: The all-new waistline design enhances the smoothness of the overall shape, creating a slim and dynamic appearance that vividly expresses the designer's interpretation of "beauty" and delivers an optimal aesthetic experience to customers. The stylish and comfortable exterior features an air intake grille designed according to the golden ratio, which aligns with the overall style, maintaining a unified rhythm. Like musical notes dancing through a perfect melody, the entire unit exudes a sense of harmony and elegance, achieving the best possible visual effect. The profile-flipping mechanism uses the curvature between profiles to flip the air conditioner cover, eliminating the traditional hinge structure. This ensures minimal and more uniform gaps between the cover and other components, resulting in a more refined and attractive overall appearance.

Lightweight design

All-aluminum frame housing: The main structure of the shell is constructed from aluminum profiles. Each structural element has undergone rigorous simulation analysis using mechanical software to optimize its design. By strictly meeting functional and strength requirements without any excess, the concept of lightweight structural design is taken to its utmost, achieving maximum weight reduction. Thanks to the newly designed structure combining aluminum profiles and aluminum alloy welding, which reduces material usage and welding points and also maintains the desirable strength and functionality, the product becomes lighter. The air conditioning cover uses a high-strength, lightweight RTM process, complemented by an elegant appearance design. This not only greatly improves the surface quality, but also significantly reduces the thickness and material density of the cover, with a thickness of only 2.8mm, resulting in a substantial weight reduction.

Convenient installation and maintenance

The condenser fan features a quick-release design, allowing for maintenance and servicing without removing the cover. Piping and wiring use a glue-free pass-through structure, which ensures sealing and aesthetics while allowing for easy disassembly. Through mechanical analysis and validation, the number of component fixing points has been streamlined, making installation and removal more convenient.

Working principle: At cooling mode, the liquid refrigerant absorbs heat and vaporizes, becoming LP, LT steam, and goes into compressor, and gets compressed into HT, HP gas, then moves through 4 way valve, then into condenser to lose heat, it becomes mid pressure, LT liquid, then throttled by expansion valve, loses pressure, then goes into evaporator to vaporize. Such loop goes on and on.
