Aesthetic design 

The golden ratio of the evaporative cooling system offers a unique visual experience. The alternating mix of metal and lightweight engineering materials creates a brand-new waistline. The overall streamlined natural transition reduces air resistance, and the thin and agile design highlights the artistic beauty of structural design. To meet the needs of a clean appearance, recessed surfaces are used to conceal bolts, ensuring that they are invisible from a top-down view. Instead, the shape lines of the surface are visible, which also reduces the visual height of the air conditioner cover, achieving the best visual effect while meeting structural requirements. The ventilation holes on the condenser cover are replaced with rounded rectangular holes instead of elongated round holes, and the arrangement of the holes is consistent with the design features, maintaining a unified overall styling.

Maintenance convenience

Quick replacement design for components such as evaporator fans, condenser fans, and dryers. Extremely compact and lightweight structure.The evaporator and condenser housings use an integrated molding design, making the air conditioner structure more compact. Compared to the original split structure, the housing weight is reduced by 30%. The integrated structure makes air conditioner installation more convenient and faster.

High-efficiency heat exchange core

The evaporation core adopts a 7mm internal thread tube, which has higher heat exchange efficiency. At the same time, the large-span tube process is adopted to optimize the refrigerant process. Under the same heat exchange capacity, the number of heat exchange tubes is less and the weight is lighter.

Environmental protection

Grinding-free lightweight SMC cover, with all non-metallic materials inside using"odorless, environmentally friendly, and flame-retardant" materials to ensure health and safety from the source.

The application of various technologies such as mufflers and low-noise fans improves the riding experience.

Working principle

At cooling mode, the liquid refrigerant absorbs heat and vaporizes, becoming LP, LT steam, and goes into compressor, and gets compressed into HT, HP gas, then moves through 4 way valve, then into condenser to lose heat, it becomes mid pressure, LT liquid, then throttled by expansion valve, loses pressure, then goes into evaporator to vaporize. Such a loop goes on and on.
