Cling SDD integrated double return bus air conditioner can realize integrated cooling and heating control. The product has strong functional scalability, such as the ability to integrate and control the vehicle radiator and defroster. It has strong environmental adaptability and is available in high temperature, normal temperature, low temperature, anti-corrosion, and sandstorm-proof versions. SDD series air conditioners are popular in Europe, CIS, the Middle East, and other regions.
Features
The air conditioner has a large cooling capacity and high coefficient of performance (COP)
Optional V-type high-efficiency heat exchanger and high-efficiency microchannel heat exchanger. Cooling capacity is 15% higher than similar products. Under climatic operating conditions, cooling capacity reaches 40 kW and COP reaches 2.8.
Compact overall size
The length of the air conditioner is maintained within 3 m, suitable for hybrid models that require specific A/C length.
Lighter weight
The air conditioner cover uses lightweight materials, and all structural parts are made of aluminum profiles. The whole unit is light in weight and compact in design, with the product weight within 233 kg. The LFT-D composite material molded housing provides good heat insulation and resistance to aging.
Reliable
New sealing technology is used to eliminate leakage risks; brushless, long-life fans with high reliability and a lifespan of up to 20,000 hours, improving the service life of the air conditioner.
Comfort
The air duct flow field is optimized and low-noise fans are used, resulting in low overall noise. - Working principle

At cooling mode, the liquid refrigerant absorbs heat and vaporizes, becoming LP, LT steam, and goes into compressor, and gets compressed into HT, HP gas, then moves through 4 way valve, then into condenser to lose heat, it becomes mid pressure, LT liquid, then throttled by expansion valve, loses pressure, then goes into evaporator to vaporize. Such loop goes on and on.
