The advantages of rear-mounted air conditioning units include high cooling capacity, compact size, ease of maintenance, and uniform air distribution for both vertical and horizontal airflow. Compared to roof-mounted and built-in air conditioning units, rear-mounted ones deliver longer airflow distances with sufficient air pressure, effectively serving the entire vehicle, particularly meeting cooling/heating demands in the rear part of the passenger compartment and offering convenient maintenance.

With a structure integrating high-strength steel and aluminum frames, each structural element undergoes repeated simulation analysis. While meeting functional and structural strength requirements, the lightweight design philosophy is pushed to its limits, to effectively reduce product weight and fully ensure product reliability;The evaporation core adopts a 7mm internal thread tube, which has higher heat exchange efficiency. At the same time, the large-span tube process is adopted to optimize the refrigerant process. Under the same heat exchange capacity, the number of heat exchange tubes is less and the weight is lighter.

High Reliability

The entire high-strength steel and aluminum frame structure components undergo powder coating treatment, with key components utilizing proven products from international top-tier suppliers. Comprehensive protection measures including high-temperature and high-pressure resistance, electrical safety, and flame-retardant properties ensure the product's safety and reliability.

Working Principle Cooling:

At cooling mode,the liquid refrigerant absorbs heat and vaporizes, becoming LP, LT steam, and goes into compressor, and gets compressed into HT, HP gas, then moves through 4 way valve, then into condenser to lose heat, it becomes mid pressure, LT liquid, then throttled by expansion valve, loses pressure, then goes into evaporator to vaporize. Such loop goes on and on.
